Hello my dear friends,
There is a lot going on in our lives now. We all have to deal with a lot of stress while living in a fast paced and high demand environment. Many of us are dealing with past trauma, negative thoughts and mind chatter, and don't know how to get out of this vicious cycle.
I was affected by stress a lot. I couldn't sleep, my health was declining, it was affecting my job and my relationships with my husband and kids.
Stress highly affects our health, well being, work performance and our love life.
I will share techniques on how quickly and effectively release a fight and flight response. How to improve sleep. Reduce anxiety and depression. Anyone can use these techniques at home to feel better immediately.
We will do guided meditation that will help us to get into the present moment and release blocked energies, followed by Reiki healing for stress and anxiety.
I will be using Light language to elevate energy flow and improve healing.
