How Many Sessions Will I Need?
For the most transformative results, I typically recommend starting with one session per week for five weeks. If you're managing a specific concern—like recovery from surgery or the effects of chemotherapy—we may add sessions every 4 days or include distance healing in between in-person visits.
Once you begin to feel improvement, sessions can be spaced out every two weeks, monthly, or even seasonally. Receiving regular Intuitive Energy Healing sessions is a powerful form of self-care that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.
