What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is positive energy. It never causes harm to any living thing. Reiki heals your body by activating its natural healing abilities.

How Many sessions will I need?
To experience the full effect of your treatment I recommend once a week for 5 weeks. However for any specific conditions like dealing with cancer side-effects or injury I might advise you to come every 4 days or add distance healing sessions in between office visits.
Once you see yourself improving, you can space out treatments every two weeks, once a month or six weeks apart. Receiving regular Reiki treatments is excellent self-care and helps you to maintain holistic balance.
